Located on the campus of The Ohio State University and nestled snugly on the banks of the Olentangy River, Ohio Stadium Columbus is where you can watch exciting games especially by the Buckeyes football team. As a recognizable landmark in Columbus, this venue has been a ritual place for many sports fans.

If you frequently attend games in Ohio Stadium Columbus, you must be familiar with the driving directions.

For people coming from the west - Go through Interstate 70 East to SR 315 North to Worthington. Exit Lane Avenue and turn right to Fyffe Road. Turn right again to Woody Hayes Drive.

For people coming from the East - Go through Interstate 70 West to SR 315 North to Worthington.

For people coming from the South - Go through Interstate 70 North to SR 315 North to Worthington.

For people coming from the North - Go through Interstate 70 South to SR 315 North to Worthington.

And parking will not be a problem there. The Transportation & Parking Services department will offer you advices on different parking services.

1. First of all, the campus will reserve parking areas for faculty, staff and students. You can easily purchase parking permit online. You have to understand that the office usually needs 3-4 business days to process your application and they now offer a 7-day parking permit for temporary use. There is also yearly parking permit service for the OSU retirees.

2. If you have not been affiliated with The Ohio State University, you can also purchase parking permit for guests. A single-day or multi-day parking permit must be offered by the office.

3. To park for the game in Ohio Stadium, you should notice that the parking availability may differ according to different games and every year, there are a few changes for football parking. For the 2010 football parking near Ohio Stadium, you have to pre-purchase permits for RV parking. Public parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You may be charged at $15 per vehicle. For more parking spaces, the new Lane Avenue Parking Garage has been used to offer 1,400 public parking spaces. And there is also disability parking service located off Lane Avenue in the North St. John Arena lot. If you have to work on the game days, you are advisable to arrive at least one hour prior to your start time.
