The Administrative office of Columbus Civic center would offer support for individuals between 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. Any improper conduct from individuals would result in ejection or refusal of entry into civic center.

In addition, the other guest services include: first aid station, automated external defibrillator, automated teller machines, smoking and last & found area within civic center.
