Employers cannot employ children/ youth who are under the age of 16 in those jobs which belongs to the category of hazardous jobs.

Some of these jobs include operation of a tractor with a horse power of 20 PTO or more, assisting or operating corn pickers, mowers, combines, hay balers, forage harvesters, field grinders, potato diggers etc besides others.
