Can I Get More Information on the Works of the "Columbus Downtown Dog Park Association"
They have played an important role in the improvement of Downtown Columbus as a dog-friendly place. The founder members are Suzanne Dewoody, Liz Leahy, Mary Jane Gerhardstein, and Janet Berry. They all were passionate towards dogs and Columbus Downtown.
They initiated a mission for establishing an off-leash exercise area for dogs near the urban housing area. The first park for dogs at the downtown area was started in 2009.
They have been presented with awards for their outstanding service. They continue their works and are optimistic that they will be able to open other pet parks in the area soon.
