Information on the Laws Associated with "Ohio Administrative Code", 3701-52

If there are violations and investigations are to be conducted, this administrative code is utilized. Violations refer to smoking in areas which are categorised as 'smoke free areas'. These areas include all the public places, employment places, bars and restaurants. All enclosed places which include fleet vehicles and buildings are also supposed to be free from smoking and violations of this rule would be inspected under the administrative Ohio code 3701- 52.

Smoking in places near entrances and exits of buildings which are smoke-free are also prohibited under this law so as to prevent the smoke entering through windows, ventilation systems or doorways.
