
Information on the chapter seven of Bankruptcy Code of Columbus that results in the liquidation
The bankruptcy, belonging to chapter 7 is not inclusive of the repayment plan filling. Instead of this plan, the non-exempt assets of the debtor would be gathered and solved by bankruptcy trustee. The profits obtained from these sales would be used for paying off claims holders or creditors. This would be done according to the Bankruptcy code provisions.
The chapter 7 permits the debtor for keeping certain property that belongs to the category of exemptions. Chances are there that the property part of a debtor is subject to mortgages and lines which guarantee these properties to other creditor/ creditors.
