The most famous wine festival held in Columbus is referred to as the Columbus Wine Festival which is held at Franklin Park. This festival provides a chance for festival-goers to taste over one hundred and fifty wine samples at a single place arriving from different parts of world.
During the festival one can witness cooking demos and wine seminars that are conducted by exhibiting wineries, event sponsors, restaurateurs and chefs.
Different kind of wines offered during festivals are Charles Krug Napa Valley Merlot, Lindemans Pinot Noir, Las Rocas Granacha, Barefoot Riesling, Redwood Creek Cabernet, Gnarly Head Chardonnay, Syrah, Callia - Torrontes, Baroncini Chianti, Peter Brum Spatlese, Alexander Valley Sin Zin and others.
In the festival there are also entertaining shows like musical performances by bands and artists, in order to entertain the crowd.
