Check in was fast - hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet - the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - the free breakfast was good - rooms were clean plus they had a nice flat panel tv - situated in the heart of Columbus - had an indoor pool and a fitness facility
Guest parking was complimentary - complimentary newspapers in the lobby - televisions were equipped with cable channels and pay movies - rooms had high-speed Internet access
All units featured microwaves and refrigerators - housekeeping was offered daily - bathrooms offered shower/tub combinations - in the same region as Franklin Park Conservatory, Columbus Museum of Art
